Pepsi using cells of aborted babies for flavour enhancer research

Life Network Australia - Tuesday, August 30, 2011

Recently Life Site News reported that Pepsi were using the cells of aborted babies in research to create flavour enhancers..

Bound For Life have continued with this
investigation and stated that:

“Scores of prolife groups are calling for a public boycott of food giant, PepsiCo due to their partnership with Senomyx, a biotech company using aborted foetal cells in the research and development of artificial flavor enhancers. Pepsi is funding the research and development – and paying royalties to Senomyx which uses HEK-293 (human embryonic kidney cells) to produce flavor enhancers for Pepsi beverages.”

Bound for Life have included a
list of products from corporations that use Senomyx. They also state that “Not all products use the flavouring from the aborted fetal cell research,  but all products are produced by the companies that use Semomyx and some do contain the actual additive.”

Life Network Australia encourages you to join the boycott on Pepsi and other companies listed, until this practice is discontinued.

Life Network Australia - Wednesday, June 23, 2010
As part of Life Network Australia's first birthday celebrations, Robyn and Trevor Grace (Save the Unborn), Kay Painter and Julie Thomas (Operation Outcry, U.S.) and Sonja Couroupis (Life Network Australia) will be sharing their amazing experiences and wealth of knowledge of the reality of abortion - not to be missed!

Trevor Grace recently ran as an Independent in the South Australian election. He understands the harm that abortion does to Australian women, and is prepared to do something about it, despite the hostile opposition he and his family have received from some members of the public. Trevor and his wife, Robyn Grace, have supported women to continue their pregnancies and also supported women post abortion.

Kay Painter and Julie Thomas of the US-based 'Operation Outcry'. Operation Outcry is the ministry of The Justice Foundation working to end the pain of abortion by exposing the truth about its devastating impact on women, men and families. They believe that this can be accomplished through prayer and the testimonies of women and men who have suffered harm from abortion. They aim to restore justice and to protect women, men, and children from the destruction that abortion causes

Born alive - abortion survivor to tour Australia

Life Network Australia - Friday, June 04, 2010

Access to abortion is the greatest symbol of women's freedom and autonomy!  Or is it??

Anyone who has counselled women before (and or after) abortion or who live with the aftermath, knows that.... abortion hurts women (and their families and society).

But what about the 20 million women-to-be whose most basic freedom - freedom to exist - is brutally taken away every year?

Melissa Ohden is the voice of those whose lives are cut short.

In 1977, Melissa Ohden's mother underwent an abortion attempt during her fifth month of pregnancy.  Mercifully, the abortion failed, and Melissa was born alive.  After being adopted, she found out (during her teen years) the story of her birth and experienced first hand the incredible emotional pain that abortion can inflict.  Now, after years of personal grief and questioning, she is telling the world her story - a story of survival, triumph and hope.

Come and hear Melissa speak in a city near you! Find comfort in her journey of healing and be inspired to take a stand against the greatest violence against women, babies and families in our society today - an event not to be missed!

Life Network Australia will be coordinating Melissa's tour of Australia in September. Her tour details will be on our website as soon as they are confirmed.

If you are interested in being involved in the planning/organisation of her visit to your city, please email sonja.couroupis@bigpond.com
